Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

It’s nice to get your day started on the right foot and this berry smoothie bowl is a great start to any day. Delicious, healthy, and beautiful – grab a spoon and dig in!

Berry Smoothie Bowl

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 cup spinach

1/2 banana

1 cup frozen raspberries

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp shredded coconut

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp lemon zest

Juice of 1 lemon

Optional garnishes: sunflower seeds, nuts, shredded coconut, honey, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, hemp seeds, sliced bananas, edible flowers, flax seed

Directions:

In a Vitamin or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed until smooth. If it is too think, add more almond milk or water. Add garnish toppings as desired. Serve and enjoy!
